Our company

50 years of experience at your service

The Hublet Group, founded in 1949, has become over the years a leading player in the production and supply of oak edged. From Belgium, at the crossroads of the large wooded areas of France and Germany, it stores, rinses, dries and delivers to professionals in the second processing of wood.

This is how we became a serious and rigorous partner of the wood industry.

Our flagship product is the 27mm French oak board for parquet, floor and laminate manufacturers. On the other hand, our white American Oak supplies represent a real volume opportunity for the furniture industry and glued solid wood.

Looking forward to meeting you to discuss your Oak supplies.

Best regards,

Hublet - Fournisseur de bois de chêne

Our philosophy

For more than 50 years, Hublet has specialized in oak trading.

Thanks to its 20,000 m² of warehousing, its large capacity dryers and its permanent stock of dried and dried wood, it offers the qualities and dimensions of oak (European and American) that best meet the requirements of different manufacturers: furniture, kitchens, doors, parquet, etc.

Our flagship product is the 27mm French oak board for parquet, floor and laminate manufacturers. On the other hand, our white American Oak supplies represent a real volume opportunity for the furniture industry and glued solid wood. Looking forward to meeting you to discuss your Oak supplies. • In 1951, Maxime Hublet founded the company

It installs the first sawn wood sales counter in Forest on the current location of the VW / Audi plants. He also makes the most of his experience as a forest operator acquired in the Belgian Ardennes during the years 45-50 to market plots and edged oak and beech. The company Maxime Hublet moved in 1963 to settle in Auderghem.

Francis Hublet, having succeeded his father, decides to specialize the activity in the trade of oak-veneered. At that time, the privileged relations with the Belgian sawyers are very numerous and also develop very widely in France.

  • In 1994, the big move

Previously, the limited company HUBLET operated on two different sites in Brussels (Auderghem and Grimbergen). To better manage its growth, it decided to move to the Sauvenière industrial estate 30 minutes by car from Brussels. Located at the crossroads of two major motorways axes it settles on 2 ha of industrial land and has built new buildings and new dryers.

  • The years of growth

Since then, investments have followed each other at the pace of need. Three storage halls, representing 4,000 m² covered, host the stock of dry wood and a new vacuum dryer completes the installation.
